A conservative OPINION blog --with bite. OPINION by Joel Johannesen.Tuesday, June 28, 2005
Joe Comuzzi, Liberal, resigns cabinet to vote against gay ‘marriage’
I made a blog entry yesterday saying that Joe Comuzzi, a low-level Liberal cabinet minister, may resign his seat in order to vote against gay ‘marriage’—and in fact he did just that today.
As a Liberal cabinet minister, he was being forced by the Liberal Prime Minister Paul Martin to vote for the Liberals’ gay ‘marriage’ law against his conscience, and of course as a reasonable man living in a free country he would have none of that.
Apparently other Liberal cabinet ministers are too power-hungry, scared, and/or dogmatic in their liberal-left fundamentalism to do the same.
Comuzzi is Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario), and is Member of Parliament for Thunder Bay-Superior North (Ontario).
A couple of weeks ago, Liberal MP Pat O’Brien quit the Liberal caucus over the Liberals’ crazed gay ‘marriage’ legislation in which Canada’s definition of family will change. Some three dozen other Liberal MPs also will vote against gay ‘marriage’ since they rightly think it’s a horrendous idea for Canada.
All left-wingers, from communists right up through the Liberal Party of Canada, support gay marriage and changing the definition of “Canadian family” and “marriage”. It’s an extreme left-wing proposition.

Where is all the media coverage questioning Martin’s leadership and unity within the Liberal party? He’s lost 2 MPs already and now a third has left his cabinet post. I won’t hold my breath.

Man, I’m so proud of this guy. C’s what the heck made you miss this guy? Oh, right, he has balls… You guys need to go to the washroom and see if you have some too. BTW, I apologize to women because you don’t have balls, but maybe you have guts (which are somewhat the same as balls) and I respect women who have the audacity to speak to important issues as well. In this case finally a “MAN” who speaks his mind and reveals his conscience and stands for something. Bravo! Well done Sir!
