PTBC J-Log
A conservative OPINION blog --with bite. OPINION by Joel Johannesen.Wednesday, November 16, 2005
Liberal MP advocates police seizure of ALL guns from ALL citizens for no cause
What a liberal-left horror show we stumble onto on occasion in this country.
Never mind that it’s legal. This Liberal Party MP was caught on tape advocating the police seizure of all guns from all citizens in Toronto (and presumably all across Canada since one cannot discriminate), legally-owned or not, despite it being fully legal to own guns. (Hat tip to “notasocialist”).
Listen carefully as the interviewer asks, incredulously, “so you would advocate seizing ALL guns in Toronto?”
Perhaps the Liberal MP should review all of the reasons that citizens should be allowed to own guns in the first place.

...when they pry my cold dead hands…
This guy is a fruit cake. They already take all the guns from the people that might using them for crime when they can find them. What’s he going to do? Search gun owners in the registry and take those?
I can’t believe this guy was elected or even able to graduate with such an obvious level of inteligence.

Similarly, Allan Rock has been quoted as saying the only people that should have guns are the police and the military.
What a disgrace. In a mature democracy, each law-abiding citizen has the right to bear arms to protect themselves and their family, and as a last resort against the threat of government tyranny.

“I can’t fathom why anybody would have guns!” Apparently the Liberal MP believes only criminals should have guns. Honest citizens and store owners should defend themselves with mace and styrofoam short-swords! Hiiiiya!!!

To quote Christian Slader in Quentin Tarintino’s fabulous movie “True Romance”
“It’s better to have a gun and not need it than to need one and not have it”
If that’s too hard for a soft headed Liberal jerk off to figure out, Then you don’t deserve to have an armed police come and write a report about you potential death at the hands of armed assailant .. and believe it .. they are everwhere.

I wonder if this MP or any other gun-hating liberal is willing to put up a sign on his lawn saying “gun-free home”. I’ll bet not.

The Gun Registry was a Liberal ‘con job’ and a conspiracy to deceive the public even well before July 1997 when RCMP Commissioner Philip Murray complained that the Liberals had wildly exaggerated RCMP statistics on gun crime during the debate on gun control. He further complained in this letter that in the 88,162 violent crimes investigated by the RCMP in 1993, “our statistics showed that there were 73 firearms involved in violent crime, compared with the Department of Justice findings of 623 firearms involved in violent crime”. Of 333 homicide offences investigated by the RCMP, 6 involved firearms Murray wrote. Murrary said the RCMP became aware that there was a problem with the data in February 1997 but its efforts to correct the public record were rebuffed by the Justice Department.
Scott Newark, executive officer of the Canadian Police Association also wrote Anne McLellan calling the RCMP Commissioner’s letter “deeply disturbing”, stating it called into question the credibility of the Department of Justice.
There is much much more evidence of the Liberal conspiracy, starting with Allan Rock and continuing under the watchful eye of Anne McLellan, to deliberately falsify statistics regarding gun crime in Canada. This is simply more irrefutable evidence confirming the Liberal mentality that ‘the end justifies the means’. I urge everyone to go to www.garrybreitkreuz.com. What you will find out will both shock and infuriate you. Compared to Bill C-68 (approaching 2 billion dollars), Adscam is nickel and dime.

I think Canada is a great country as well but damn those libs gotta go. Harper said Nov.28 I’m crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. Anyhoo gents that’s all for now but before I go I’d like to point out some hate-america sites that pose as “Promting Canada” They are vivelecanada.ca, rabble.ca, Canada kicks ass,(linked to vive) notacolony.ca GAH! If you can stomach them then visit but I wouldn’t recommend it. Other than that freedominion.ca is a great site as well and check out username rabblewatch.ca blog “Those in dire need of a bitch-slap.”

The guy’s a lawyer. I used to think they were taught to reason.
In fact, if you listed to what he says, he believes that what he thinks, is right. Period. Not the first lawyer I’ve come across that thinks that way.

Thanks Jaybat. BARF ALERT. Just saw that the fifth column er estate on the cbc is plannig on doing an “in-depth study” of the abu ghraib scandal tonight. We don’t get it up here in Boston so I consider myself lucky in that regard. However, I imagine it’s gonna be a biased “American soldiers are nazis like deal” BTW what happened to “The Hour” with George Stroubo.. something. Damn that guy did the impossible he actually made both Rick Mercer and Evan Solomon look good. Anyways I am not gonna make it back home for x-mas this year can’t get the time off but my parents are coming here instead so it’s early I know but I wish you all a happy holiday.
P.S. Just saw that James Trimble (there was a link on this site) got the death penalty for triple murder last year of a soo canada girl, Trimble’s ex and her 7 year old son. Scumbag. Way to go Ohio. Poor Kent State though this is the second tragedy they have to endure the first coming back on may 4 1970 when the national guardsmen shot 13 students 4 fatally in a “peace” protest gone bad.

Straight off their main page. Funnily enough, liberals never think to apply that first sentence to welfare, healthcare, or Kyoto.

I just listened and shook my head. Again, we have a Liberal Leader telling us Canadians what we can own, and what we cannot own….based on his idea of what we need and do not need.
I am really sick of these self-rightous left wingers who think they have a right to control every facet of my life!!
Let’s vote them out and get them out of our lives!!!!Posted by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) from British Columbia on Tue, December 06, 2005 at 9:51:01 AM

I had better practice shouting very loud so that next time a bear tries to break into the kitchen I will be able to tell it in no uncertain terms that it must feed elsewhere. I must also practice politely requesting coyotes not to molest the chickens. Do you think the Liberals would consider running classes in politely asking wild animals to leave my family, crops and livestock alone? I hope so, because I am not very polite and they do not listen to me now. I did ask the beavers to stop flooding my fields once, but got very frustrated when they would not listen to me.

WHen this was all just being put in Place some 10 years ago, Liberal - Lloyd Axworthy was quoted at an United Nations convention saying the same thing. He was also quoted saying the registration bill wasnt for the reduction of crime but ” a social re-engineering of Canada”.
Their stripes have always been plainly evident.

I think we are all being too hard on the “Martiizer”, when they take the hand guns away from you/us they must have a lot of money from the Gun Registry ($2 Billion) to pay each and every person for their weapon!!!!!!!!!!!
These entitlers of entitlement are an embarasment to the people of this country who would love to get Canada back to a respected entity. Unfortunately it’s to late to save the old girl, time to put the last bullet through the old wounded hag and start anew with two or three new countries.Posted by .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) from Left Coast of Canastan on Thu, December 08, 2005 at 7:01:53 PM

WDBE says:
Bsides the sweeping notion that no one needs a gun; I can’t get over his scoffing comment about folks who use guns to to kill animals. What’s his problem? Many honest people hunt deer, water foul, etc—for FOOD as well as the sport and adventure. In our neck of the woods, the deer population is huge. Hunting can reduce this over population. Also wonder if he has any idea how that chicken leg got into the wrapped package at the meat counter. (Hint: some one killed it first.)
