TORONTO—Brian Tobin, a former Newfoundland premier and federal Liberal cabinet minister, has joined the Fraser Institute think-tank..
In this one instance, the liberal media describes the Fraser Institute not as “that clearly right-wing and not part of the liberal team and a conservative so-called ‘think tank’ if that’s even possible among conservatives so take what they say with a ha-YUGE grain of salt”; but rather as “a free-market promoter that has previously hired ex-politicians Preston Manning and Mike Harris.”
Huh. That’s funny.
Word on the street is that Buzz (Hi! I sound JUST like a communist!) Hargrove is trying to figure out the secret handshake and door knock in order to join what he called “the secret society” we all call the National Citizens Coalition, which if he does, the media will describe as a “citizens” organization, and not question his hypocrisy at all.
And the media won’t question whether Tobin or Hargrove have finally seen the light and have become more intelligent with age and experience. They’ll simply report the facts.
