PTBC J-Log
A conservative OPINION blog --with bite. OPINION by Joel Johannesen.Wednesday, June 10, 2009
Headlines in news: conservative woman is like “herpes”; listening to them “like needles in eyes”...
Aside from the state-owned, taxpayer-funded CBC’s commenter who I mentioned in a previous blog entry called Conservative Minister of Natural Resources Lisa Raitt (B.Sc., Masters degree in chemistry, environmental biochemical toxicology, and LL.b law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School) a “bimbo”, today (approved by taxpayer-paid CBC moderators!); and my blog entry from yesterday in which we find David Letterman on Tuesday night saying that Sarah Palin was going for that “slutty flight attendant look” and that her daughter “was knocked-up by Alex Rodriguez”; and another “comedian” saying that same day that Palin was ’‘very much like herpes’”, our friend conservativegal (who has been called those things and more, here at PTBC through emails and comments by liberals) spotted a few more.
Like this one!:
Cafferty: Listen to Palin or Gingrich? ‘Or Just Stick Needles in Your Eyes?’
To hearty laughter from what sounded like anchor Wolf Blitzer (who would have a live mike, but listen and judge for yourself), CNN’s Jack Cafferty on Tuesday afternoon asked on The Situation Room whether viewers would “rather just stick needles” in their eyes than listen to Sarah Palin or Newt Gingrich? During the 4 PM EDT/1 PM PDT hour “Cafferty File” segment, Cafferty inquired: “Would you rather listen to a speech by Sarah Palin or a speech by Newt Gingrich?” Then he quickly added another option which is what prompted the laughter: “Or would you rather just stick needles in your eyes?”
Finished guffawing, Blitzer soon wondered: “What do you think, Jack? You want to listen to Palin or Gingrich deliver a speech?” Cafferty replied he dislikes them both: “I’m not interested in listening to either one of them.”
No wonder Fox News Channel beats CNN in the ratings by a huge amount.
C’gal also forwards these articles:
• On HBO: Reagan the ‘Moses of…Greedy White Men’; Beat Reagan Statue with Shoe Like Saddam’s?
Please remember: The liberal-left and its media are the self-described “tolerant” and “compassionate” people. And the “smart” ones. Full of “nuance”. “Peace”. “Love”. “Change”. “Hope”. And, in actual fact, “bullcrap”.
• If you think this site is of no value, then don't pay anything for it, and it will fade into the sunset. That's capitalism at work.
