A conservative OPINION blog --with bite. OPINION by Joel Johannesen.

Two liberals quit electoral races in U.S. —Sarah Palin and conservatives win both.

Written by Joel Johannesen on Sunday November 01 2009 at 08:51 AM

• New York, New York
Very liberal Republican Party nominee for New York Congressional seat quits race
...Clearing the way for the Sarah Palin-endorsed Conservative Party candidate to win in huge victory for actual conservatism

• Men marrying men; women marrying women
San Francisco values mayor Gavin Newsom quits race for California governor
...OOPS!  Maybe all that gay marriage promotion and neo-Marxist politicking wasn’t such a great idea after all.

• Abdullah, Abdullah
And then as if to add to the Obama woes and add a little spice to the mix:
Afghan challenger to Karzai drops out of election
...You could say Abdullah Abdullah thought twice about running.  No really —that’s his name.
