Democrat leader Nancy Pelosi to media: U.S. losing 500 MILLION jobs per month

Nancy’s really anxious to get America on the path to socialism, and therefore to get her Obama socialism stimulus package passed.

PELOSI: “Every month that we do not have an economic recovery package, 500 million Americans lose their jobs.”

...And the media reporters dutifully write that number down on their trusty notepads without asking any questions about their gal’s obvious oral or cranial malfunction. 

Naturally, if George Bush or any Republican had said it, they would officially be called a “homophobe”.  I don’t know how, but they would.  Or a “racist”.  And of course a “total moron”, and an “idiot”.  And the media would play the clip, and replay it, and replay it again, and again. 

I’ll post this for the benefit of the CBC so they don’t have to search for it and pretend they just couldn’t find anything on this.  It’s just 19 seconds so they can squeeze it in between their news of job losses and doom ‘n gloom scenarios, and the one with The Great Obama calling Prime Minister Harper the President of Canada.

    ha ha ha, I saw this clip earlier and I busted a gut laughing.  As I’ve stated before and will again, Pelosi is about as dumb as a pile of rocks.  Boy, makes my nerves settle down when I think she’s a whisker away from the job as president.  Really makes you wonder how that could be allowed to happen but it’s the Dumocrat party after all.  Harry Reid - Dumb as a post..Nancy Pelosi - dumb as a pile of rocks and to perfect the trifect - Obama-rama a naive and stupid as a 3 year old…Sheesh, I’m so thrilled about all of this…

    Wow! According to the CIA’s World Factbook the estimated workforce in the US in 2008 stood at 155.2 million, including the unemployed. Assuming that this incredible job loss rate started on the date of the Obamanation’s inauguration (not an invalid assumption), all jobs in the US disappeared in about 9 days, as of January 31, 2009. Talk about hopey and changey!

    Hmmmmm! The last census figures in the U.S. indicated the TOTAL population was some 300 million. Pelosi must mean all the half time jobs will be lost or perhaps the future jobs of the unborn who might get there, or perhaps she is a dumb as a sack of hammers.

    Will the great Letterman pick on this Dem gaffe? Will it be used time after time to show what mental midgets the cream of the crop are that run the Democratic Party? If it weren’t so dangerous it would be comic book funny watching the chief kooks and kool aid drinkers in action. Sadly the end result will probably be millions of lives lost.

    I don’t know if Letterman had anything to say about it, but i just saw Jay Leno joke about it in his monologue and he actually showed the tape,,,
    He also told several jokes about Tom Daschle and the rest of the non-taxpaying nominees.
    Looks like the honeymoon may be over after only 2 weeks..!!!!!!!

    That’s a big shift fawlty. At one point his middle name was off the table. As the Obama crew continue to be exposed as tax cheats and lobbyists and the biggest pork budget is headed for the trash bin, I wonder what the faithful think? This guy is so far over his head it’s embarrassing. I can’t and don’t want to imagine how these fruit cakes would handle a crisis. God help us when that happens.

    Just for clarity. Is the line of succession for President, Biden #2 and Pelosi #3? If correct does it inspire confidence in anyone. Somehow none of them inspire confidence like Dick Cheney. Both the Dems and the enemies of the US were afraid of Dick Cheney. Now the enemies of the US are no longer afraid but freedom loving citizens certainly are.
