Follow-up: CNN’s Glenn Beck follows Ezra Levant interview with notes in newsletter and site

Written by Joel Johannesen on Wednesday January 23 2008 at 12:48 PM

From GlennBeck.com
image Following yesterday’s good on-air interview with Ezra Levant, Glenn Beck’s newsletter today features words and a link to Mr. Levant’s now-famous-outside-of-Canada videos of the travesty he was forced to endure (and continues to endure) at the liberal-left’s infamous “human rights” commissions.  Beck’s massive web site also features some follow-up material right up front (as seen at left).

I bring this up because the liberals’ Canadian media continues to fully ignore this story while American media is all over it, citing the threat to basic freedoms and rights to think as we please as humans and express our thoughts in a free press.  The liberal media’s purposeful ignorance of this story is becoming a huge story in and of itself.

[from the newsletter:]
Clip of the Day: One former magazine publisher may be charged by the Canadian courts for reprinting that Danish Muhammad cartoon . . . and he says the same thing could happen here in America.

Is freedom of speech in jeopardy? Check out today’s newsletter clip of the day to watch Glenn’s interview with former publisher of “The Western Standard” Ezra Levant.

For more on the future of freedom of speech, watch these compelling videos of Ezra’s interrogation by the Canadian (irony alert!) Human Rights Commission.
