Good read: Jacqueline Thorpe on Conservatives’ economic policy meekness
The Financial Post’s Jacqueline Thorpe wrote a good one today. It should be CC’d to every Conservative MP.
SPOILER ALERT: I particularly liked her last line, which happens to be the very basis of my get conservatives elected in this country strategy, and although she means it in the context of economic policy, I’d extend it to all manner of policy including social and defence policy.
“The argument has been a minority government can’t make bold moves, but bold moves a majority may make.”
