PTBC J-Log

A conservative OPINION blog --with bite. OPINION by Joel Johannesen.

I’ve rarely been more proud of a man than I am of Ezra Levant today

Written by Joel Johannesen on Saturday January 12 2008 at 02:05 PM

UPDATE (Sun Jan 13 2008):

Mr. Levant has added three more videos to the series.  They’re as good or better than the first three.  At one point in the discussion with the thought-police “judge”(?!), she says to Mr. Levant, ”...well, you’re entitled to your opinions!”.  No, no, I’m serious.  I nearly fell on the floor laughing in amazement.  How unwittingly ironic and embarrassing for her to have said that!  It goes right over her head, though, until Mr. Levant reminds her:  “I wish that were the fact!” (paraphrased)

This is the MUST SEE VIDEO (series, actually) of the decade.

Ezra Levant, founder of Western Standard magazine (now in hiatus), a conservative, and a great Canadian, recorded his “testimony” before the liberals’ fascist Alberta human rights commission kangaroo court, yesterday, and then went ahead and posted it to YouTube and to his web site today for all the world to see, and to mock (as to Canada’s lack of freedom and its apparent fascist kangaroo thought-police tribunal system), and to generally stare at in utter disbelief.  Oh yes, and he also posted a re-print of the Danish cartoons featuring the Muslims’ profit Mohammad, against which some ever-so-offended Islamists in Canada pursued this very “human rights” violation ruling and Saudi-style thought-police punishment.

This is PART ONE of the series.  There are several more parts.  Visit Ezra Levant’s site to see the rest and read his own comments —and make some of your own as I did.  (Note that on Mr. Levant’s web site, they’re in reverse order—the latest one at the top, blog-style).

We need a whole bunch more Ezra Levants in this country.
