“Man-made global warming” nuts now suggest you expose your nuts to save the planet

Written by Joel Johannesen on Wednesday June 24 2009 at 12:54 PM

I also had the legitimate option of going with “asses” in place of “nuts”.

imageAs if to prove that the jig is up, the “man-made global warming” cult’s bible, the New York Times, reports this today in their Green blog, which we know must be a Green blog because it has one ’o them “good idea”  light bulbs, only it’s one of those screwy neon light bulbs (which were previously the answer to saving the planet).

How Green Is a Nudist Vacation?

By James Kanter

...Spending more time with nothing on stems waste and pollution in all sorts of ways, according to an article by Kathy Blanchard on The Naturist Society’s Web site.

“Living more hours naked each day results in a dramatic drop in my laundry, which in turn reduces my water and energy use (along with my related bills),” Ms. Blanchard wrote. “It also reduces the amount of soap I release, in my case, into the Puget Sound.”

She also advocates naturist holidays — staying close to home wherever possible, to cut down on fuel usage — but sometimes traveling to places where it is possible to leave the car behind and backpack or paddle naked into the wild. ...

Here’s the NYT bio on the esteemed “green” blog blogger, James Kanter:

James Kanter

Mr. Kanter has been a staff correspondent for The International Herald Tribune in Paris and Brussels since 2005, covering European business affairs and the business of green. His previous experience includes four years in Southeast Asia, where he was the editor in chief of The Cambodia Daily in Phnom Penh. Mr. Kanter was the recipient of the Reporting Europe 2009 prize for his investigative feature on the European Emissions Trading System.

Sounds like an Obama adviser.

image EXTRA BUTT-LIKE:

Who knew Liberal Party leadership hopeful Bare Ass Bob Rae was just trying to be green when he dropped trou on the state-owned media, the CBC?  But the bigger question is, now that his bare buttness has been endorsed by the NYT, will he demand a naked Question Period now?
