Pro-abortion anti-Bush company in NYC hits nerve with coat hanger billboards

Written by Joel Johannesen on Thursday August 16 2007 at 12:45 PM

A New York City mini-storage company that uses its ad billboards to promote “progressive” anti-Bush values and ideals like abortion, thought this was a good idea:

But the viewers of the local CBS (no, not Fox News Channel) station don’t agree (and I like how the station phrases it correctly in their online poll: “pro-abortion”—rather than the usual liberal media “pro-reproductive life choice of progressive yumminess and womens’ rights”—or whatever).

Of course the correct answer is in fact “Truly Tasteless”, not just because abortion is the most disgusting, most egregious thing ever thought of by humans, but for other reasons too. It’s just a wonder why the mini-storage company didn’t include an image of a back ally—since that charming coat hanger argument always seems to be appended with ”...in a back ally…”.
