PTBC J-Log

A conservative OPINION blog --with bite. OPINION by Joel Johannesen.

The “news” (apparently):  Liberals and their media division must get onto the same page again.

Time to regroup, media!

Zoomed-in… the article about nothing whatsoever (except that it’s very important only to progressives) begins:
“OTTAWA—Michael Ignatieff said yesterday the federal Liberals need to stop thinking of themselves as the “natural” governing party and earn back the trust of Canadians”.

...which is weird because the progressives’ media division, which includes the National Post from whence this article came (but it could have come from any other media outlet), must also learn to stop thinking of their Liberal Party as “the natural governing party”.

This will be difficult of course because it was the media, in cahoots with their political brethren, that thought-up the moniker in the first place, and repeated it at every possible opportunity, until it really sunk in to the mindset of the Canadian sheeple, over the past couple of decades.

See, they actually believe it too, now.  And change is hard!

Related:
The progressives’ media division previously declared that their former “natural governing party” leader Stephan Dion (or the woman I properly dubbed “The Liberal Frenchmen”) was to be thought of as “The Green Guru”.  Luckily, in that case, we only ever thought of him as “The Liberal Frenchman”, and then forgot about him.

• If you think PTBC has no value, then don't pay anything for it. It will fade into the sunset. That's the free market at work.
