conservative -- with bite!

Forecast for Today’s News, March 18

Posted by Joel Johannesen

...UPDATING through the day…

• U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will lower rate by up to a full point.

• Barack Obama will make speech on “race” to deflect his hidden agenda in light of revelations about his pastor and his apparent anti-white-man, anti-American beliefs.

• Yesterday’s federal By-election: Media will celebrate it as a Liberal victory—despite the fact that it really demonstrated Conservative gains—highlighting and totally focusing on the sacred coming of “Bare-Ass” Bob Rae (they won’t call him “Bare-Ass”), and they will cast it and him as a renewed start for the Liberals, who will now REALLY start shaking things up!; adding as a mere side-note the election of Liberal Martha Hall-Findlay who will be cast as a second-rate story; and the other two candidates as non-stories.  Full-on victory will be falsely claimed by Dion and his Liberals, and the media will all interview the merde out of him all day; Layton will pretend it didn’t happen; Harper won’t say anything.

UPDATE #1 - 5:57 AM PDT

image Quick scan of papers and online:  I’m spot-on with regard to Bare-Ass Bob Rae.  One columnist quotes him as saying (about any desire for an election) “I’m just an owl sitting in the tree looking around”.  That makes two Liberal birdies sittin’ in a tree.  Michael Ignatieff is a purdy li’l puffin birdie, and Rae is a bare-ass owl.

The Toronto Star (left) is all Rae, all day.  And as you can see from some of these others, they’re like purdy li’l puffin birdies and owls sitting in trees and chirping and whoo-ing about yummy Rae and Liberals.

UPDATE #2 - 6:47 AM PDT CBC Newsworld is touting and teasing, over and over, all the yummy interviews they have set up for today:  they’ve already interviewed Bare-Ass Bob Rea (who kept his pants on this time), and apparently, soon, we’re going to hear from fellow Liberals Stephane Dion (the pretend leader), and Martha Hall-Findlay.  While they’re waiting for that, they interviewed their reporters Keith Boag, Chief Political Correspondent, and Daniel Lessard from their French division, who spoke in such a heavy French accent I didn’t understand half of what he said. CBC.  Conservatives do not exist. Vote liberal. UPDATE #3 - 7:12 PDT CBC Newsworld is head over heels. image image
UPDATE #4 - 8:32 AM PDT I cringed as I forced myself to listen to Barack Hussein Obama’s seemingly endless speech, which he seemed to deliver in slow motion.  I had the benefit of a written copy of his speech so I followed along, and it helped demonstrate to me the phony drama he invokes in his delivery in order to make girls faint—oh wait: he was called out on that ploy, and that has completely stopped happening (so now, it’s just the liberal media that fawns and swoons every time he opens his chops).  He reads these things very well off the teleprompter —as if he’s talking off the top of his head.  But in fact he didn’t stray from the script at all whatsoever.  It’s drama.  Theater.  I made a separate blog entry here.
