Liberal Frenchman Dion fires Liberal MP for not voting as he is told to vote

Joe Comuzzi—a 19-year veteran Liberal Party MP (Thunder Bay—Superior North)—has been fired from Liberals just now because he said he was going to vote for the Conservative budget.

As we know, Liberals are told how to exercise their democratic right to vote for things—important things like gay ‘marriage’ —and if they don’t vote correctly, they’re fired.  That’s partly how they made Canada so liberal and “progressive”. (By the way, the “progressives” are also apparently against democracy in Iraq and Afghanistan too).

I’m actually surprised all the Liberals aren’t eager to vote for the budget.  Comuzzi was going to vote for the Conservative budget because it promised to spend taxpayer cash in his riding which would result in still more yummy state-reliant employees.  Spending taxpayer cash— on government-sponsored jobs especially—is the most important thing in the world in Canada today—far outweighing any attached “principles”.

The cash was apparently going to fund a cancer research center.  I think Comuzzi mentioned that after mentioning the 300 state-funded jobs that would result in his riding.  I would imagine that if the cash was going to fund erectile dysfunction, the benefits of pot smoking, finding the “gay gene”, or the farming and harvesting of unborn babies for embryonic stem-cell research purposes, more liberals would be on board the Conservative budget, regardless of the number of jobs involved.  Perhaps that would have been a good Conservative strategy to divide the Liberals!  Actually scratch that—the liberals would simply join the Conservative Party en masse if that happened, and then everything would be almost exactly the same, so no drama.  Bor-ring!

So far, no Conservative MPs have threatened to vote against the budget on the basis of it not being a conservative budget.
