Industry Canada program under fire
Report questions repayment for tech loans

A controversial Industry Canada program should stop claiming that the $2-billion-plus it has shelled out to companies to support high-risk projects will be fully recovered and warns that its abysmal record of collection will create a “communications problem” when the auditor-general examines its books, a government consultant’s report bluntly states.
