Regular readers know I make a point of trying to point out whenever the New York Times or USA Today or other mainstream media in the United States picks up a link to a blog entry, or one to one of our PTBC columnists’ columns, simply because virtually no Canadian media ever does, ever. (Ironically, just as the liberals’ New York Times division often does, the liberals’ CBC.ca web site division, of all the media, sometimes also does in Canada. But the National Post? Never. Globe and Mail? Never.)
This latest one is attached to a NYT article about President Obama at the G-20 meeting, and how he is going to meet with the U.K. Prime Minister after all.
I always like to comment on where the PTBC link figures in their list. This time, it’s woefully below all the others: below one to WhiteHouse.gov, and below even the Associated Press article; but also somewhat acceptably below a National Review article.
But at least they help advance our PTBC word of the day: pantywaist.
