Newsweek Poll: Bush Leads Kerry by 6
The Democrats have already shown that they’re getting insanely desperate—like recently trying to deceive voters into thinking that if Bush wins, there’s a “very real possibility of a new military draft” (and even as Kerry says that in his recent speeches, members of the otherwise hopeful audience exchange knowing, quick glances at each other as if thinking “oh geez don’t say idiot stuff… try to win honestly… say s’more of them cool-sounding lines that your marketers learned ya… well OK not the ones about a ‘global test’ but you know, some o’ them other ones… and not that ‘wrong war, wrong place, wrong time, wrong number’ bummer either…..”)
I wonder if the Dem’s are thinking that more people should see Michael Moore’s movie….. or hey here’s a thought…. maybe Michael Moore’s movie is why Bush is winning this race.
All this time I’d been thinking Michael Moore was the new liberal King, and maybe that’s still true, but now I see the possibility that he’s actually a handy new conservative vote-getter—albeit a really dumb grumpy anti-American one!
Anyway, on more mundane matters, according to the Newsweek poll released Saturday, President Bush leads John Kerry by 6 points among likely voters.
In a three-way race that includes Ralph Nader, Bush garners 50 percent to Kerry’s 44 percent, with Nader winning just 1 percent.
