“Bare-Ass Bob Rae” shows up on CTV Newsnet national television as new Liberal Party Foreign Affairs critic in old-looking golf shirt and jacket. At least he’s not naked, although they discussed his appearance on Rick Mercer’s show tonight in which he promises he won’t be naked this time —so it’s “appropriate for family viewing”, he said.
I pointed out October 3 (unlike the CBC which had the chance to call him out on this and chose not to naturally because he is not a conservative) that Liberal Ujjal Dosanjh didn’t even know if Burma is or was a member of the Commonwealth. He admitted this on the state-run media, while he was still Liberal Foreign Affairs critic. And he used the rest of his face time on national television (wearing a fleece fishing vest) as minister Foreign Affairs wannabe to bash our nation’s choice of allies (Australia and the U.S.). The CBC also chose to ignore that tawdry bit of un-diplomacy.
Now the Liberal Frenchman Stephane Dion has fired him …and replaced him with yet another socialist from his inventory—another failed former leader of the you’ve got to be kidding party on the provincial level, and a failed Liberal Party leadership challenger to Dion, “Bare-Ass” Bob Rae—who doesn’t even have a seat (clothed or not) in Parliament.
They must have really wanted Dosanjh’s butt out of there.
And Dion is clearly getting more of his enemies closer.
