Duceppe and Graham now considered “gov’t leaders” in the liberal media

That’s how Yahoo.ca’s news page wants you to see them I guess.  Government leaders—because if you can then pair that concept with the fact that some opposition members have decided that the Harper Conservatives are ‘embarrassing’, then it might make the Harper Conservative government appear ridiculous, and of course that would appear to be to be part of the liberal media’s agenda.  And the Liberals’.  Hmm.

Yahoo.ca’s news site:

Strange because I thought the Conservatives had formed a government after the last election.  Not Duceppe and Graham, who are but opposition leaders, and certainly not M.P. Nathan Cullen (who?) from the you’ve got to be kidding party.  They are the “government leaders” that the Canadian Press “news” story quotes.  (And apparently, now, when three opposition representatives hold a “news” conference, it’s indicative of some sort of a “rally” in our country.  When hundreds or thousands turn out to support our troops at Wear Red Friday rallies, it’s a “humble” or “disappointing turnout”.)

No actual government leaders that I know of (say, for example, Prime Minister Harper) have claimed to be an ‘embarrassment’ to themselves, as well they should not because they should of course be proud of their far more sensible stand on the environment.  So I can only imagine that Yahoo.ca is exercising a little accidental deceit or they simply made a terrible mistake in their understanding of who is the government, and who is the opposition.

Of course when you click the link at Yahoo.ca, the (“news”) headline is actually: Opposition parties urge Harper government to shift gears on Kyoto

Even the liberals’ Globe and Mail saw fit to headline the big “news” about their Liberal Party leader calling it ‘embarrassing’ more appropriately: Graham brands Ambrose’s summit role an ‘embarrassment’.

The National Post, publishing the identical story as that which is at Yahoo.ca, headlined their “news” exactly the same as Yahoo did in the page where the article is actually posted: Opposition parties urge Harper government to shift gears on Kyoto.

But of course the very idea that the liberals could be embarrassed about ANYTHING is simply funny and ironic.
