How about: “Have no tracks that need covering”?

I’ll explain the subject header by way of my video clip below.

The RCMP questioned Liberal Finance Minister Ralph Goodale yesterday in their new criminal probe of wrongdoing by Liberal government liberals.  More liberals will be interviewed as time goes on.  Of course other RCMP officers are investigating the Liberals’ Adscam sponsorship corruption scandal as well, as we speak.  Many many RCMP officers are criminally investigating many liberals in the Liberal government these days.  That’s progressive!

Liberal Finance Minister Ralph Goodale appears to be getting antsy, while

the don

Liberal Prime Minister Paul Martin appears to be increasingly covered in giant ant doo-doo.  And we all know how painful that can be.  Well OK, those of us who have been sheltering corporate taxes on our giant corporate profits from Canadian tax collectors or hiding taxpayer funds in “trusts” or whose party has been caught stealing taxpayer cash or those among us who are suspected by many of leaking insider info about taxation policy might know how painful that can be.

Joel’s handy investment tips:  Today’s “SELLS”: Shares in liberal media interests.  “BUYS”:  manufacturers of the GPS ankle bracelets that folks under house arrest have to wear; and paper shredder manufacturers.  And fire hoses.  And Raid Ant Killer.  And rat killer.  And snake killer.  And grease or slime remover.  And Lysol or any other disinfectant deodorizer.  And jail builders.  And courthouse builders.  And pants manufacturers.  Try to find American companies in those industries to invest in since the Canadian ones maybe (a) implicated or (b) totally and completely reliant on liberal government corporate welfare and may go down.  “HOLDS” include cop car and paddy wagon manufacturers.

RCMP probes who was in ‘income trust’ loop

[…] Finance Minister Ralph Goodale spoke with RCMP investigators on Tuesday.

While it isn’t known who the RCMP are specifically targeting, Goodale offered some hints as to who may have had the market-moving information.

“It’s a very, very small group of officials within the Department of Finance, within the Prime Minister’s Office and within the circle of confidences of the Privy Council,” he said.

But as to who those people might be, no one is saying.

Three of the top officials in the PMO are:

· Tim Murphy, Prime Minister Paul Martin’s chief of staff
· Deputy Chief of Staff Michelle Cadario
· Communications Director Scott Reid

All three refused to tell CTV what they knew or when they knew it.

At least two cabinet ministers knew, including Revenue Minister John McCallum.

“I simply kept it to myself and told no one,” he said.

Martin didn’t name names. Instead, he exonerated everyone in his office.

“The fact is people in the PMO and PCO (Privy Council Office) take an oath that government secrets stay with them,” he said, adding he was done talking about the matter. […]

Goodale seems to be saying, and we’re hearing from other sources too, that for more information on the Liberal Party’s income trust leak scandal, now under investigation by the RCMP, direct your attention to the Prime Minister of Canada and his

family

minions

operatives

cohorts

people.

What an odd way to run a country.

We learned yesterday that Revenue Minister John McCallum was told hours before the announcement.  We didn’t know that before.  We were told, in fact, that nobody was told.  N-o-b-o-d-y.

And we learned that House Leader Tony Valeri was also informed.  Did not know that!

We also learned today that three staff in the prime minister’s office were also informed ahead of time.  That’s uh, different!

Here’s what the benevolent leader said yesterday:

“Clearly there were people in the PMO who knew of this (announcement) … I can tell you that they all swore an oath. And I can tell you without equivocation that every single one of them has remained faithful to that oath, without exception.”

I bet they didn’t swear an oath.  I bet they “affirmed a solemn commitment to the state” rather than dig for that old Bible out of the “old Canada” file (also known as a “garbage can”).

We also learned yesterday that Bill Gleberzon of the Canadian Association of Retired Persons chatted with RCMP members who interviewed him in mid-December, just prior to deciding to launch and investigation involving Goodale and so many Liberals.  He admitted back in November to being contacted by someone in Goodale’s office with news that there would be an announcement, one that they would like, in advance of the announcement.

We don’t know how the conversation with the RCMP went, but naturally they decided to go ahead with a criminal probe following it.

But I found an interesting interview with one stumbling line that caught my attention.  It was during an interview by Mike Duffy on CTV Newsnet with Ralph Goodale’s good friend and former boss in the private (investment industry), Don Black—CEO of Greystone Management, an investment company, whom we found out yesterday he ALSO met with, at about 8:30 AM that fateful day—well before the official announcement.
