Though I’m sure Anti-American liberal Carolyn Parrish would caution against using this method or these kinds of threatening actions, she and all the other anti-American liberals must appreciate that anti-American liberal blather has helped develop the kind of sentiment described in this story. Their teachings, rather than, say, the conservative Pope’s, are what they want Canada’s youth to absorb. I mean I never once heard Carolyn Parrish say “love thy neighbour”. I only heard her say “Americans—those bastards—I hate them”. Or kind words to that effect.
This Sports Illustrated story (from AP) explains:
WINNIPEG, Manitoba (AP)—A teen whose family was touched by the Columbine massacre has quit his Manitoba Junior Hockey League team because of a death threat, his father said.
Matt Gassman, 19, returned home to Littleton, Colo., where in 1999 two Columbine students shot and killed 12 schoolmates and a teacher before killing themselves.
A cousin was fired on but missed during the massacre, and a family friend was killed, said his father, Greg Gassman.
Matt Gassman was a rookie with the Winnipeg South Blues and living with a family in Fort Garry. He told his parents he was threatened three weeks ago by a group that approached him from behind, Canada Press reported Thursday, citing the Winnipeg Free Press.
“The nature of the threat was, ‘You bleeping American. Get out of here, or we’ll kill you,”’ Greg Gassman said. His son was too frightened to turn around and face the students, he said.
[…] “He worked hard and kept his nose clean—at school and playing hockey,” the father said. “It broke his heart to have to leave Winnipeg.”
Liberals constantly email me, demanding that I leave Canada and move to the United States. Nobody has yet come up from behind me but I have to tell you, I often turn around and look behind me. No kidding. That famous liberal “tolerance” is really scary.
