I found this theGlobeandMail.com Editor’s note, affixed to their article on the girl who the government took from her racist parents (”Custody battle pits white-supremacist parents against state—Child services seized two children after girl, 7, went to school with swastikas on her skin”), interesting. The CBC.ca moderators should take notes.

The CBC moderators seem to love their readers making “…offensive statements about other commenters and/or the individual mentioned in the story…”, like when one guy wrote on the people’s web site, on the news article about the death of another heroic Canadian soldier dying for our country in Afghanistan in the war on terror, “THIS IS WHAT YOU DESERVE”. The taxpayer-funded state-owned, state-run CBC’s choice was to read that post, nod their all-knowing, all-ingenious, all taxpayer-paid pin-heads of tolerance and inclusion to beat all, and go ahead and post that comment (I personally presume because they thought it would help Canada and Canadians see things their way). There were other such posts there too, using much the same level of abject hate. And similarly in other stories. I’ve documented lots of it here.
And yet the government won’t take the CBC away from its parents, the Liberals and the liberal-left.
